Frequently Asked Questions

How long have you been a wedding planner?

I received my minor in event management through Rosen College at the University of Central Florida in 2016 and in 2020 obtained my wedding planning certification through Lovegevity Certified Wedding and Event Planning Institute. I have been working for myself ever since. Before that I had interned and worked with wedding planners and vendors in the industry since 2010. I worked as a special events coordinator at a prestigious country club in North Carolina and more recently, have assisted with two Fairytale Weddings at Walt Disney World.

How many weddings have you planned?

Too many to count. Between my internships and my previous special events position, I have experienced and planned many weddings. From winter wonderland to 80s themed receptions, I've seen and worked it all. And with each wedding, my passion for this industry grows.

What makes you different from other planners?

While I have set packaging, I also offer custom packages where couples can choose the services they want and create their own package that is tailored to their wedding and budget.

We work with everyone. Whether your wedding is small and intimate or grand and luxurious, we are here to help. Livvy Marie Weddings is extremely inclusive and we cater to the LGBTQ community, as well as, heterosexual couples.

Do you do wedding and event design?

Absolutely! Whether it's helping you create an entire design and theme for your wedding and making it happen, or just consulting on the current design you have already set, we do it all. We are more than happy to help in whatever way you need us to.

What are your prices?

I have three set packages that range from $900 - $2500. I also do custom packaging in which couples choose which services they want in a package and we tailor a price to fit their wedding style and budget.

Do you have vendors you can recommend?

Yes. As a planner I work with all sorts of vendors such as florists, photographers, venues, etc. I'm more than happy to share my knowledge and vendor information with you. I'm also willing to help research vendors if you're looking for a specific one I haven't worked with in the past or in an area I am not completely familiar with.

How do we pay you?

Livvy Marie Weddings accepts cash, check, Zelle, and Venmo. With each package a non-refundable deposit is due upon signing, and the remaining balance is then broken up into payments. 50% of the remaining balance is due 30 days for before the wedding and the final 50% is due 7 days before the wedding.

What is your cancellation policy?

Couples are allowed to cancel my services at any time. However, a non-refundable deposit is due upon signing, and depending on closeness of wedding, couples may still be responsible for any remaining balances owed.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Livvy Marie Weddings is an LLC and has a general and professional liability insurance policy in place up to $1,000,000.

How do we book you?

First an initial meeting or phone call is set up so I can learn more about your wedding style and what you're looking for in a planner, and you can learn more about me as well. Once you decide to officially book, I will write up a contract and once that is signed and a deposit is made, my wedding services begin.

What other services do you offer?

Along with weddings, I offer rehearsal dinner services, bridesmaids luncheons, bachelorette parties, and wedding showers.

I also do birthdays, gender reveals, anniversaries, meetings, etc. Those services are listed under "Happily Ever After" found here.

Under the Embellishments package, I also help couples with DIY wedding decor, wedding website management/creation, assistance with wedding speeches and vows, etc. These services can also be found on the services page under "Embellishments."
